Two Wheel Valet ATL (TWVA) was founded in 2013 with one goal: make cycling safer and more accessible by removing the stress of bike parking.

What began as a single event in Washington, D.C. has grown into a multi-city operation serving Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Tampa–St. Petersburg. Today, we support 125+ events each year, including professional sports, festivals, and large-scale community events. To date, we’ve parked 85,000+ bicycles.

We’re a woman- and minority-owned business built on fairness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We believe biking is essential to sustainability, transportation equity, and healthier communities, and we’re proud to support bike advocacy organizations like Washington Area Bicyclist Association, Propel ATL, and Walk Bike Tampa.

OPENING: BIKE VALET ATTENDANTS

We provide professional bicycle valet parking that supports active transportation, sustainable living, and safe cycling. We’re currently hiring Bike Valet Attendants in Atlanta and are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Bike Valet Attendant

Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: Starting at $15/hour (based on experience & location) + potential tips

About the Role

Two Wheel Valet ATL provides secure bicycle valet parking that supports active transportation, sustainable living, and safe cycling. We’re seeking reliable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team as Bike Valet Attendants.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with the public, and being part of Atlanta’s vibrant events scene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff and support bike valet operations at events

  • Greet cyclists and efficiently check in, park, and retrieve bicycles

  • Set up and break down bike valet equipment (tents, racks, signage, tables, chairs, etc.)

  • Monitor bikes to ensure they remain secure and undisturbed

  • Work closely with the Bike Valet Supervisor to deliver a smooth, successful operation

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor

  • Punctual, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with teammates and guests

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Leadership, organizational, or cash-handling experience is a plus

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced, outdoor environments

  • Able to lift 20+ pounds and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions

  • Passionate about the mission of Two Wheel Valet ATL and the benefits of bicycling

  • Availability to work nights and weekends (when most events take place)

  • Access to a smartphone and ability to use email and text messaging (minimal data usage required)
